THE CYBERSECTOR PLATFORM

Remote management. Without the fragmentation.

CyberSector RMM brings fleet awareness, remote support, operating system updates, permissions, and administrative history into one browser-based operator experience. Explore the capabilities that help technicians move from identifying a problem to taking action.

START WITH THE BASICS

What is an RMM—and is it right for you?

RMM means remote monitoring and management. It gives you a central place to check computers, help the people using them, and perform maintenance without visiting each machine.

It becomes useful when that work is recurring: several devices to look after, users in different places, or updates and support requests that need a consistent process. For occasional help with a single computer, a simpler remote-support tool may be enough.

Start with your actual workload. Which systems do you manage? Which actions should be remote? Who should be allowed to take them? Those answers matter more than the size of a feature list.

DEVICE VISIBILITY

Understand your fleet before making a connection.

Organize managed endpoints by group and inspect availability, connection state, operating system, agent information, session history and detailed device records. An overview of your fleet helps you identify where a technician's attention is needed.

HELP FROM ANYWHERE

Connect to the system, not another disconnected tool.

Start an authorized remote desktop session, open a terminal, inspect the current device state, or use browser-based assistance to guide an end user. Permissions and session controls help administrators govern who can perform which actions.

PATCH & SECURITY POSTURE

From missing updates to scheduled maintenance.

Review patch information for supported Windows and Linux agents, initiate scans, choose available updates to install and coordinate unattended maintenance. Policies can target device groups or platforms, while individual devices can be excluded from scheduled patching when required.

SECURITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

Give technicians the access they need. Keep oversight.

CyberSector's administrator workflows support custom named roles, granular capabilities, sign-in security and records of relevant administrative activity. Remote session elevation and authentication settings are managed in the product rather than left to informal process.

Common questions.

What does CyberSector RMM manage?

CyberSector RMM provides device visibility, connection status, remote assistance, patch management and administrative oversight for managed Windows and Linux endpoints. Available operations vary by agent platform and permissions.

Is CyberSector RMM accessible through a browser?

The administrator interface is browser-based. Supported managed devices use an agent, and browser-assisted support can provide screen sharing without requiring a native agent installation for that particular assistance workflow.

Can administrators schedule software updates?

Yes. The patching workflow includes scheduled scanning, security-only and general update installation policies, targeting by device group or platform, per-device policy pauses, and run history.

How are permissions handled?

Administrators can assign built-in and custom named roles, control individual capabilities, review audit events and configure authentication and session controls.

Is the product demonstration connected to real customer devices?

No. The demonstrations on cybersector.us use simulated device names, metadata and interface interactions. They are not connected to customer machines.
