Choose a TestFlight plan and email contact@cybersector.us with your device count, operating systems, and the support or maintenance tasks you want to evaluate. Chris will confirm availability, compatibility, and the next steps. Paid-plan arrangements are agreed before activation.
Use devices you own or are authorized to manage. Start with systems suitable for beta testing and keep a way to access them independently while evaluating remote support. Share operating-system versions and relevant network constraints during onboarding; do not send passwords or private keys by email.
Follow the installation and enrollment instructions supplied for your environment. Review device identities, operator access, and sign-in settings with Chris before beginning the evaluation.
Start with device visibility, then try an authorized remote-support session. Check connection behavior and the information available afterward. With TestFlight Plus, evaluate patching on appropriate test devices: inspect available updates, select a small job, and review its outcome before expanding scheduled work.
Available capabilities vary during development. The beta is an opportunity to validate your use case and provide feedback, not a promise that every platform or workflow is already complete.
Include what you expected, what happened, the affected operating system and agent version if available, and a short reproduction sequence. Remove sensitive information from screenshots or logs. Email product feedback to contact@cybersector.us; use the security-reporting instructions for suspected vulnerabilities.
Compare beta plans or read the getting-started guide.
Start with five devices free, or request TestFlight Plus with patching for $20/month. Email Chris about your environment to confirm compatibility and arrange access.
